The UK’s largest holiday company, Jet2Holidays offers a variety of affordable breaks and package deals to a wide range of European destinations, from beach and resort breaks in Tenerife and Costa Blanca to city breaks in Rome and Budapest. Flights depart from 13 regional airports across the UK.

What's Jet2Holidays like?
Responsible for more than 7m packages a year, the UK’s biggest holiday company is still one of its best.
Jet2’s story is one of near constant expansion, as it adds more planes that fly to more destinations from more UK airports every year. By summer 2026, it will fly holidaymakers on 450 routes. Yet according to our survey, its customers are as satisfied as ever. This year, we’ve named Jet2 Holidays a WRP in five different categories, including beach/resort holidays, city breaks and family holidays.
Given that prices remain reasonable (roughly the same as Tui, which sits 10 places below Jet2 in the beach/resort table), it’s remarkable that its customer service is so good.
Lots of you commented on how friendly and helpful Jet2’s ground staff and resort reps were. One reader told us: ‘Jet2 staff were always available when required at the airport, the hotel and each of the transfers. I didn’t see any staff from the other holiday companies.’
Our survey was filled with examples of Jet2 staff going the extra mile, helping with mobility concerns, returning bags that had been left on the transfer coach, and making a special trip to the hotel to answer queries. As one customer put it: ‘Nothing was too much trouble for Jet2. From our initial phone call to our arrival back home, we were always treated as “real people”.’
Jet2 Holidays missed out on WRP status for its all-inclusive holidays this year, because it only got a two-star rating for the range and quality of extras at the hotel that were included in the price – people felt they had to pay more for too many things.

Jet2Holidays refund, cancellation and surcharge policy
Jet2Holidays is a Which? Recommended Provider (WRP), which means that as well as being one of the most highly rated holiday firms in our survey, it has also guaranteed to offer a full refund, or free changes, if the Foreign Office (FCDO) changes its advice about your destination.
It has also promised that in 2025 it won’t apply any additional surcharges to holidays that have already been booked.
