Hayes and Jarvis is a long-haul and tailor-made specialist, with more than 70 years of experience creating luxury holidays. You can enjoy a holiday in 60+ destinations, including Sri Lanka, Australia and the Maldives.
Its personal trip coordinators not only help you to create your perfect holiday, but they also provide 24-hour support and a single point of contact while you’re away. No wonder so many customers told us the trip ‘went like clockwork’.
One respondent, who went on a tiger safari in northern India, described their adviser as ‘outstanding’ and said the drivers and local guides all ‘went the extra mile’.
Despite the ‘luxury’ tag, Hayes & Jarvis got four stars out of five for value for money, reflecting that customers felt they got a great holiday for the price they paid.
Hayes & Jarvis’s refund, cancellation and surcharge policy
Hayes & Jarvis is a Which? Recommended Provider which means that, as well as being one of the most highly rated holiday firms in our survey, it has also guaranteed to offer a full refund or free changes if the Foreign Office (FCDO) changes its advice about your destination.
It has also promised that in 2025 it won’t apply any additional surcharges to holidays that have already been booked.
