One survey respondent told us they’d had ‘a lot of great holidays’ through Club Med but had been let down by recent experiences. They summarised their experience saying ‘if it all works, Club Med is great, but if you have issues they are extremely disappointing.’
No. It received a below par customer score and two-star ratings in several key areas. You’ll have a better holiday if you book with someone else.
