Is All Clear good if you have a medical condition?

All Clear is a listed medical specialist insurer, meaning it may be able to cover you where others can't if your medical history is proving a barrier.

You'll need to declare your conditions to ensure they're covered. All Clear works with a medical screening company called Verisk to evaluate your medical risk.

If you're having difficulty finding the cover you need, check our guide on travel insurance if you have a medical condition.

All Clear travel insurance: how can I claim?

For medical emergencies abroad, call +44 (0)203 467 4122.

To make other types of claim, call 01420 259 055 or claim online

Insurers will usually expect you to try recouping lost costs (such as deposits) elsewhere before claiming with them - for example checking with the travel provider if you're entitled to a refund or can move a cancelled trip. However, you can still call the insurer to let them know if there's a chance you will need to claim.

You'll need to provide your policy number when you call.
