What network does Lebara use?

Lebara is a virtual provider, which means it uses another provider's infrastructure – in this case, the Vodafone network. It offers 4G and 5G coverage.

How good is Lebara mobile coverage?

Lebara Sim-only deals

Lebara offers either 30-day or 12-month Sim-only contracts. Most deals include unlimited minutes and texts. View a selection of deals below and click 'Show More' to browse.

Other Lebara deals and incentives

Most packages also include a selected number of international minutes to 41 countries, including Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. 

Lebara includes free EU roaming on all deals, with unlimited data contracts capped at 30GB fair usage. Unusually, this also provides roaming in India. 

Lebara doesn't have the range of incentives offered by other networks, and its out-of-bundle prices aren't the cheapest. However, these out-of-bundle charges are automatically set at zero, meaning no extra charges will be applied without your permission.

Does Lebara increase its prices each year?

For 30-day Sim-only contracts, customers are not hit by costly inflation-based mid-contract price increases. Before the end of the month, you will be able to check what the price to renew is. 

Lebara does not use annual price increases for its 12-month contracts. 

If the price does increase or is too expensive, you can simply switch to a different network with no penalty.

Does Lebara include free data roaming?

Yes, all Lebara Sim plans come with 30GB of free EU roaming. 

However, always check to see if the country you’re travelling to is covered before you leave. Some countries you may expect to be included, such as Switzerland, Monaco or Turkey, are not. Use Lebara’s roaming rate finder to see how much any data add-ons will cost.

Lebara Sim cards and PAYG handsets are available from many supermarkets, but there are no dedicated Lebara stores where you can get help, should you need it.
