What network does Asda Mobile use?

Asda Mobile is a virtual provider, which means it uses another provider's infrastructure – in this case, the Vodafone network. It offers 4G and 5G coverage, as Vodafone has turned off its 3G network.

How good is Asda Mobile coverage?

Asda Mobile uses the Vodafone network, which claims coverage for 99% of the population.

Does Asda Mobile increase its prices each year?

Asda Mobile doesn't apply inflation-based mid-contract price rises, but it also doesn't commit to not increasing prices. This means customers may arbitrarily face price rises. 

For its rolling 30-day Sim-only contracts, customers can avoid any increases Asda Mobile decides on. Before the end of the month, you will be able to check what the price to renew is. If it does increase or is too expensive, you can simply switch to a different network with no penalty.

Does Asda Mobile include free data roaming?

Yes, all Asda Mobile Sim plans come with 5 GB of free EU roaming. 

However, always check to see if the country you’re travelling to is covered before you leave. Some countries you may expect to be included, such as Switzerland, Monaco or Turkey, are not. Use the Asda Mobile roaming rate finder to see how much roaming might cost.
