What’s Europcar like?

With a 69% customer score, Europcar has room for improvement.

It received a mediocre three-star customer service rating, with multiple customers complaining of pushy agents.

It wasn’t all bad though. Europcar got four-star ratings in four categories, including for the age, condition and mileage of the car.

It’s one of the priciest providers in our survey, with an average rate per day of £53. One customer told us that Europcar has ‘reliably good quality and new cars’ but that they found it has become ‘too expensive’ in recent years.

Should I book with Europcar?

Europcar receives a run-of-the-mill rating. If you like the reassurance of booking with a big brand, Enterprise and Alamo score higher.
