What's Enterprise like?
With a modern fleet of cars, clear pricing and a fair fuel policy, Enterprise is a cut above major rivals. Customers praised ‘friendly and helpful staff’ and its pick-up and drop-off service.
But at an average of £56 per day, it's the joint most expensive provider (along with Sixt) in our survey. And that’s before you’ve been flogged extras by overzealous agents. More than one in 10 customers told us they’d felt ‘a lot’ of pressure to buy insurance at the rental desk.
Others complained about queues and lengthy paperwork on pick-up. This was reflected in its three-star customer service rating this year
Should I book with Enterprise?
