| Car hire broker | Which? Recommended Provider? | Overall score |

| Do You Spain | No | 72% |
Overall score is a combination of the customer score (overall satisfaction and how likely people are to recommend the company) and our own expert analysis. Survey carried out in Feb/March 2026.
Do You Spain received a respectable overall score of 72%, and several customers praised its prices as ‘very cheap’.
However, the average three-star rating for additional charges means we still don’t think you should book with them. Several customers complained that ‘there were lots of hidden extras’, and ‘you get what you pay for’.
Two-star ratings for the clarity of the rental conditions, and satisfaction with the provider that actually hands you the keys at the rental desk, were also a red flag.
Several customers told us that Do You Spain is great until there’s an issue: ‘They offer good prices, and the service does what it should. But it takes no responsibility for the booking when it goes wrong’. That concern is reflected in the hit-and-miss three-star customer service score.
Do You Spain is cheap, but its service is inconsistent and you might get stung by hidden extras. There are better brokers available, including Which? Recommended Provider Zest Car Rental.
