What’s Auto Europe like?
Auto Europe impressed customers, with a maximum five-star rating for its customer service. Several loyal customers praised the ‘painless process’ for booking and making alterations with Auto Europe: ‘they have accommodated my changes at no extra cost and were easy to contact’.
It also received five stars for its overall communication, providing useful updates to customers ‘without bombarding your inbox’.
The only problems that customers reported were down to the car hire provider, rather than the broker. Auto Europe scored just three stars for the clarity of the information on the provider, and overall satisfaction with the provider.
It did however receive a positive four out of five stars for clarity of any extra charges. One customer stated that: 'in the shark infested world of car hire they are a beacon of clarity and value’.
