Who is Princess Cruises?

TABLE NOTES Customer score Based on a combination of overall satisfaction and how likely people are to recommend the company.
What’s a Princess Cruises holiday like?
Its enormous ships have exceptional cabins, but the cruise line falls down on the quality of its port excursions and entertainment, according to our survey.
Almost half of passengers chose Princess because it offered good value for money, and they awarded it four out of five stars in this category. The food and drink – which ranges from steak and seafood speciality restaurants, to burgers and hot dogs by the pool – was also very well received.
However, many customers were irked by the long list of add-ons, paying extra for everything from performances by special guests to better food. Several were disappointed by the 'useless’ app, which is supposed to make ordering and embarkation simpler.
Should I book with Princess Cruises?
Passengers paid less for a Princess Cruise than on most of its rivals, on average. But there are still better (and cheaper) options out there.
