What’s a holiday with P&O Cruises like?

P&O cruise ships have more than doubled in size in the past two decades, and some passengers complained about understaffing and slipping standards. One customer told us: 'This was our 13th cruise with P&O and standards have certainly gone down. There were too many passengers, staffing numbers reduced and you could wait 20 minutes to get a drink.'

Passengers told us that the cabins and customer service are up to the mark, but facilities, entertainment and food were merely average.

Should I book with P&O Cruises?

It remains readers’ most sailed-with cruise line, but it shouldn’t be. You’ll have a better time on almost all of its competitors.
