How to cancel

We're sorry you want to cancel your membership. Here are the ways that you can cancel:

Cancelling online

Log into My Account and follow the steps within the cancellation section. Depending on your membership type, you’ll be provided options to either cancel within My Account or by live chat.

Cancelling via live chat

Click the button below to speak to our LiveChat team, available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am - 5pm.

Cancelling by phone

You can reach us from 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. If you're outside the UK, please call +44 29 2267 0000.

Cancelling within your 14-day cooling-off period

If you want to cancel within your 14-day cooling-off period and request your full or partial refund, call or contact our team via live chat.

The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day you receive your first magazine. For Digital and Which? Legal members, it’s 14 days after the day you started your membership.
