The Harrison Spinks Natural 8250 Pocket Spring Pillowtop medium mattress is one of a growing array with an additional comfort layer on top padded with natural materials, in this case 48% Yorkshire wool. It's pricey and luxurious looking, but in our tests we’ve found some sprung mattresses that sag a lot as they age. We sent this one to our mattress test lab to reveal how well it stands up to wear and tear.
