The Pension Regulator's (TPR) Dashboards compliance and enforcement consultation - Which? response

We welcome TPR’s consultation on its proposed dashboards compliance and enforcement policy. The compliance and enforcement of occupational pension schemes to pensions dashboard regulations will be key to ensuring that pension savers are able to harness the potential benefits and opportunities that pensions dashboards will bring. Given the numerous participants involved in delivering dashboards to consumers, any non-compliance from firms could pose serious risks to consumers using dashboard services. Hence, a robust enforcement regime which allows TPR to take appropriate enforcement action against misconduct and breaches is essential to ensuring strong compliance with the regulations and standards.
