Future of Payments Review 2023: Call for Input - Which? response

Payment methods must be reliable and efficient so consumers can make and receive payments with confidence. The Review should recommend that all payment methods must also deliver in two critical areas - they must be safe and secure, and offer minimum standards of consumer protection.
