AI is already transforming consumers' experiences in a variety of markets, bringing with it positive opportunities, including greater choice for products, services and personalisation. Which? wants consumers to benefit from AI’s advances while being protected from harm arising from the proliferation of AI. It is critical that a robust regulatory approach is in place to ensure that consumers are protected from current and future risks from AI and that their rights are upheld.
