Eurostar tickets are now on sale for as little as £35 each way to all Eurostar destinations, including Amsterdam, Paris and Rotterdam.
You'll need to act fast - the flash sale is only available until 11 September, for travel between 22 September and 17 December.
Using the Eurostar sale page, we were able to find tickets on sale for the advertised price and they weren't all at a ridiculously early or late times either. Plus there are plenty of Friday and Saturday departures too, so you don't have to travel midweek.
For instance, you can get cheap sale tickets to Paris on Friday 31 October and depart at the likes of 8.01am or 2.31pm and return on the Monday at any time of day for the same price. The same goes for early December departures.
Fares for £35 were less frequent when we checked a couple of Friday departure dates to Amsterdam, however, but there are a few options.
Read on to find out how to get cheap Eurostar tickets this summer.
1. Head to the 'Eurostar salesfind lowest fares' section of the Eurostar website.
2. Choose between tabs listing Paris, Brussels, Lille, Amsterdam and Rotterdam to select your destination.
3. Choose a travel date that displays the £35 price.
4. Pick a train departure with the £35 ticket price advertised.
The date of the next one has not been confirmed.
When we analysed a year of Eurostar ticket prices, we found the average one-way fare to Paris was £79. One week before departure, the average cost shot up to £143.
Average prices to Brussels were very similar. If it’s not important when you travel, you will always get the best deals on Eurostar tickets by waiting for sales.
