What makes Which? deals different?

Retailers sometimes use misleading ‘was’ and ‘before’ prices to claim their deals are good. Media sites and artificial intelligence (AI) promote deals from retailers – but do they always check them first? We don’t just take retailers’ word for it, we track actual market prices over six months. We share cheapest and average calculations and evaluate products against strict performance benchmarks. So you get good quality at honest prices.

*References to ‘average price' and 'cheapest price' are based on Which? market knowledge and information supplied by our partners. Prices are checked for the six calendar months prior to publication. Not all retailers are included in our checks.

 Samsung mobile phone deals

Samsung Galaxy A36

Average price in the past six months: £435
Cheapest price in the past six months: £250*

Samsung Galaxy A36
  • 6.7-inch screen
  • Three rear cameras
  • Durable for the price

We like: Great value

We don't like: Battery life

With a launch price of £399, the Galaxy A36 serves the lower end of the mid-range market but for many will be a more than capable phone.

Just like with the rest of Samsung's most recent phones, you can get seven years of software support here, and the phone is set to receive the company's new One UI 8 update, bringing the software experience up to par with the rest of the range.

Specs-wise, you've got a large 6.7-inch display that uses AMOLED technology for vibrant colours and deep contrast. There's also a triple camera array on the back, which is headlined by a 50Mp sensor.

To know more about this mid-range handset, check out our Samsung Galaxy A36 review.

Samsung Galaxy A17

Average price in the past six months: £160
Cheapest price in the past six months: £139*

Samsung Galaxy A17
  • 6.7-inch screen
  • Three rear cameras
  • Good call quality

We like: Great screen

We don't like: Small battery

The Samsung Galaxy A17 is an entry-level smartphone but don't let the low price fool you. It still includes Samsung’s own octa-core Exynos processor, a 50-megapixel wide ‘main’ camera, a 5Mp ultra-wide, and a 2Mp macro lens for close-up shots, and a micro-SD card slot for expanding your storage.

It's rated IP54, which means it’s protected against light dust and splashes. A fingerprint sensor and face recognition provide secure unlocking methods. The phone includes voice control for hands-free help and comes in three colours: black, blue and grey.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

Average price in the past six months: £677
Cheapest price in the past six months: £549*

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge
  • Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with 12GB of Ram
  • 6.7-inch display
  • Two rear camera lenses

We like: Stunning display

We don’t like: Shorter battery life than other models

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is slimmer than others in the S25 line-up, but its specifications look just as impressive as any other phone. It’s around 2 to 3cm thinner and 20 to 30g lighter than most smartphones we’ve tested, making it a great choice for those wanting something less bulky to carry in their pocket.

It runs off the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which packs a hefty 12GB of Ram. The huge 200Mp main lens, 12Mp wide lens and 12Mp front camera all come with an autofocus feature.

The 512GB model is also discounted - get it for £649 from Laptops Direct

It might be lightweight, but does this smartphone score heavily? Find out in our Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge review.

Samsung Galaxy S25

Average price in the past six months: £709
Cheapest price in the past six months: £498*

Samsung Galaxy S25
  • Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with 12GB of Ram and support for Galaxy AI
  • 6.2-inch display
  • Three rear cameras, including a 50Mp main lens

We like: Advanced camera system

We don't like: Few upgrades from the Galaxy S24

This phone is the standard model in Samsung's flagship range for 2025 and has some of the most premium specs you can find. It hasn't been out for long, but you can already save at least £100 off the launch price, as retailers such as Amazon and Currys are offering discount codes at checkout.

Galaxy AI software gives you a number of extra features. For example, you can edit people out of photographs and AI will fill in the gap and remaster shots. Also, with seven years of security updates provided, you can invest in it for the long haul.

Click through to find out if you can get at least £100 off at the retailers below, compare contract deals and find out the full scoop in our Samsung Galaxy S25 review.

 Samsung watch deals

Average price in the past six months: £275.78
Cheapest price in the past six months: £159*

  • Removable strap
  • Array of health-tracking features
  • Built-in GPS

We like: Good screen quality

We don't like: Not compatible with Apple phones

If you have a Samsung phone and are keen on sports, then this smart watch could be the icing on the cake.

It has built-in GPS, which means you can run without your phone, as well as heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking.

If you do have your phone on you, you can read messages and answer calls using your watch.

See how Samsung compares with the best smartwatches.

Samsung TV deals

Samsung QE43QN90F

Average price in the past six months: £846
Cheapest price in the past six months: £659*

Samsung QE43QN90F television

  • 43-inch 4K TV
  • Neo QLED display
  • Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats

We like: Intuitive operating system

We don't like: Fiddly remote

The QE43QN90F is a Neo QLED TV with a backlight stuffed with miniscule bulbs to improve contrast and push brightness.

Samsung has given it the high-end treatment, too, so there are nice extras for gamers such as the 165Hz screen, FreeSync and variable refresh rate tech, all for a cheaper price than an OLED from LG or Samsung.

Samsung’s Tizen operating system is as slick as ever, but the remote could do with more buttons.

Check out the full Samsung QE43QN90F review to see how this one scored in our tests.

Samsung QE50QN90F

Average price in the past six months: £919
Cheapest price in the past six months: £749*

Samsung QE50QN90F television

  • 50-inch 4K TV
  • Neo QLED display
  • Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats

We like: Simple operating system

We don't like: Fiddly remote

The QE50QN90F is a Neo QLED TV with a backlight stuffed with miniscule bulbs to improve contrast and push brightness. Samsung has given it the high-end treatment, too, so there are nice extras for gamers, too (e.g. 165Hz screen, FreeSync and variable refresh rate tech), all for a cheaper price than an OLED from LG or Samsung.

Samsung’s Tizen operating system is as slick as ever, but the remote could do with more buttons.

Check out the full Samsung QE50QN90F review to see how this one scored in our tests.

Samsung QE55QN80F

Average price in the past six months: £920
Cheapest price in the past six months: £699*

Samsung QE55QN80F television
  • 55-inch 4K TV
  • Neo QLED display
  • Supports HDR10, HLG and HDR10+ formats

We like: Good operating systems

We don't like: Fiddly remote

Samsung releases OLEDs, but more of its high-end range are backlit Neo QLED TVs like this 55-inch QE55QN80F. The backlights in these TVs have more bulbs in that standard ones and that means there are more dimming zones, which is fancy way of saying, this TV has better control over how the screen is lit.

Samsung has one of the best operating system, but the remote has too much of a learning curve. The smart menu is a bit too cluttered with ads, but works fine.

Check out our full Samsung QE55QN80F review to see how it fared in our test lab.

Samsung QE55S90F

Average price in the past six months: £1,484
Cheapest price in the past six months: £888*

Samsung QE55S90F television

  • 55-inch 4K Ultra-HD TV
  • OLED display
  • Support HRD, HDR10 and HDR10+ vision formats

We like: Good operating system

We don't like: SD is a bit dark and juddery

The 55-inch QE55S90F was one of Samsung’s top-tier TVs for 2025, so it should be one of, if not the, best TVs around. It’s as feature packed as TVs get with gaming features, a PVR and voice control.

You can record shows and pause live TV if you connect a USB hard drive, but you can’t watch one channel while recording another.

It has a 144Hz screen, which consoles can make use of to make games look smoother, as well as FreeSync and variable refresh rates (VRR) to help games look stutter-free. Voice control is built-in and there’s a microphone in the remote. You can control most aspects of the TV from changing picture modes and inputs, to changing volume and turning on subtitles.

Our Samsung QE55S90F review has all the details and our final verdict.

Samsung tablet deals

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9

Average price in the past six months: £119
Cheapest price in the past six months: £91*

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9
  • 8.7-inch screen
  • 4GB Ram
  • 64GB of storage

We like: Intuitive to use

We don't like: Cameras are a let down, based on our tests

This tablet from Samsung has a smaller screen size than a Samsung S9 or an iPad and is closer to an iPad mini. It has a resolution of 1,340 x 800, which is less than Full HD.

Its eight-core processor and 4GB of Ram are at the top end of what we’d expect from a tablet at this price, but it will struggle to cope with anything too demanding. It runs Google’s Android operating system, with some Samsung bells and whistles overlayed.

Find out whether this Samsung Galaxy tablet is decent enough for your needs with our Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 review.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE

Average price in the past six months: £480
Cheapest price in the past six months: £329*

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE tablet

Pick the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE up for £379 at John Lewis or compare prices below:

  • 10.9-inch screen
  • 12GB Ram
  • 256GB of storage

We like: Speedy charging

We don't like: Not for demanding tasks

A mid-range tablet in both price and features. It has a 10.9-inch LCD with a 1,440 x 2,304 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It’s available in grey, silver and blue.

You can choose between a model with 128GB storage and 8GB Ram or a more expensive 256GB/12GB version. There’s also an option to add 5G connectivity, enabling you to stream data on the go. It comes with a micro-SD card slot for adding extra storage.

It’s an upgrade from its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE, thanks to a lower weight and thinner design, a newer processor and enhanced camera specifications.

Find out how this version compares to Samsung's pricer options with our Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE review.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra

Average price in the past six months: £1,133
Cheapest price in the past six months: £999*

Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra
  • 14.6-inch AMOLED screen
  • 12GB Ram
  • 256GB of storage

We like: Excellent for multitasking

We don't like: Screen can be a tad reflective

This tablet sits at the top of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy Tab S11 range, introduced in 2025.  This is one of the most powerful tablets on the market – but that power comes at a premium prie, even with the excellent deal we've found here.

The S11 Ultra has a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, rather than the Snapdragon or Exynos processor that Samsung used in its older models. It comes with 12GB of Ram if you choose to buy it with 256GB or 512GB of storage, or 16GB of Ram with a larger 1TB of storage.

The tablet comes with an S Pen. This is a stylus you use to navigate the screen or draw or write notes like you would with a normal pen. If you’d like the compatible Samsung Slim Book Cover Keyboard, it will cost you an extra £199.  There are two speakers on each side of the device and a couple of buttons to turn it on and control the volume.

Best Samsung smart ring deals

Average price in the past six months: £125

Cheapest price in the past six months: £280*

Samsung Galaxy Ring

Pick up from John Lewis for £299 or compare prices below:

  • 10ATM/IP68 water resistance
  • Pairs with an app on your phone
  • Only compatible with Android phones

We like: Available in eight sizes

We don't like: The Find My Ring function doesn't make a sound

Smart rings are among the latest additions to the world of wearable tech and promise to monitor health metrics, from heart rate to step count.

The Galaxy ring claims to be able to track your skin temperature while you sleep, which you can see in the Samsung health app, as well as autodetecting some exercises such as running and walking.

The Samsung ring connects to your mobile phone in order to use GPS and provide health stats - and will only work if you have an Android.

 Samsung laptop deals

Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge (15.6", X1-26-100, 16GB)

Average price in the past six months: £619
Cheapest price in the past six months: £380*

Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge (15.6, X1-26-100, 16GB) laptop
  • Snapdragon X processor
  • 16GB Ram
  • 256 SSD storage

We like: Powerful processor

We don't like: Low storage on base spec

This 15.6-inch Windows laptop weighs just 1.5kg, meaning it’s more portable than most other laptops of this size.

Coupled with 16GB of Ram, the Samsung X processor should provide plenty of power for tackling even the most arduous tasks. It's a Copilot+ PC and can run AI workloads locally, without the need for an online AI service.

The processor is Arm-based, rather than an Intel or AMD chip. Arm-based processors can occasionally run into compatibility issues with software and older peripherals, such as printers, so check whether your devices are compatible before you buy. The basic level of memory storage is rather stingy.

Read our expert Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge review to see how it compares to rivals.

Are Samsung products good?

Paul Lester, Which? technology editor, says:

Paul Lester, Which? tech editor

'Plenty of Samsung products have sailed through our rigorous lab tests to earn Best Buy badges - but others haven't fared so well. To find out which we recommend, our in-depth reviews reveal those worth paying more for, and where you can snap up a bargain.

'If you've spotted a deal on a Samsung smartphone, you should also check how long it's supported with updates to safeguard your device against security threats. Use our mobile phone security calculator to see how long a phone has left before you buy – we only recommend models that have at least two years.'

Where can I find the best Samsung deals?

One of the best places to check for deals is always the official Samsung store

Samsung typically offers deals that include traditional discounts but also free accessories, other devices like Chromebooks or significant cashback on older devices that can reduce the up front cost dramatically.

Best Samsung mobile phone contract deals

There are hundreds of contract deals for the Galaxy phone range and they change all the time. The key to getting a good deal is knowing how to work out the total cost to compare to other options. Use our phone contract calculator below to do that for deals you're weighing up, and bear the following in mind before you take the plunge:

  1. Check the period over which you'll pay off the handset. Many providers now offer 48-month repayment plans, which can make the monthly cost appear low but may not save you money in the long term.
  2. Find out how much the Sim price may rise after the first year, and remember you can switch the Sim part of the deal after the two years are up.
  3. Watch out for up-front costs, and look out for other ways to save, such as trading in money for your old handset.
