We're always looking for ways to make the Which? App better, faster, and easier to use.

For Which? members, it's a one-stop-shop for accessing all our expert advice and reviews, but it's also packed with tons of free content to help anyone and everyone make better buying decisions.

We tell you how to get the most out of your Which? subscription and reveal the newest app updates with this handy guide. Plus, you can find out what exciting plans we have for the Which? app in the future.

Who can access the Which? app?

If you have our Digital or Full Access subscriptions, you'll be able to use the Which? App. You can browse all our subscriptions if you're not sure which you have.

How to download the Which? App

Downloading the Which? App is easy. Simply head to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Which? - look for our brand new logo!

Once downloaded, just log in with your Which? credentials to get started.

What can I currently do with the Which? app?

NEW: Listen to Which? podcasts

Which? Podcasts

The following Which? podcasts are now available to listen to on our app:

  • Which? Money – our team of experts help you better understand your money and make smarter financial choices in this weekly podcast, packed with jargon-free and completely independent advice. In recent episodes, we've covered a range of hot topics, such as the real impact of banks closing branches, how to potentially cut council tax, and the best ways to use an ISA allowance.
  • Get Answers – with input from hundreds of Which? experts and knowledgeable guest stars, the Get Answers podcast aims to make everyday problems simpler. From tackling insomnia to the knowing basics of camping, and from getting the best mobile deal to learning the future of scams, we leave no stone unturned.

Just head into the Which? App and use the search function to look for the podcast you'd like to listen to, and off you go.

Which? App Homepage

Our expert reviews are what we're known for, so whether you're shopping for a new mattress, TV, or barbecue, Which? has got you covered. We've reviewed thousands of products from home appliances, to cars and technology - and all of these are available in the palm of your hand.

You can browse our review categories, from tech & appliances to baby and child, or search for specific products with the Which? App search function at the bottom-left of the screen. All of our reviews have the same detail, rigour and need-to-know information you've come to expect from the Which? website – from the comfort of your smartphone.

NEW: Recently, we've added reviews for a wider range of home and lifestyle products, including electric shavers and trampolines.

Much like on our website, you'll also be able to access the latest consumer news from Which? via the Which? App. Scroll down for our stop stories, or browse news from across all our categories, including Home and Garden, Travel, Technology, Consumer Rights, and more.

Create your own personal shortlist

Which? App Saved List

Found a product you like the look of? You can save it for later by pressing the heart next to it. Use it to build a personalised shopping list of 'must buy' products, save gift ideas for family or friends, or help to start a shortlist your next purchase. 

To see all the items you've saved, click onto the 'Saved' tab at the bottom-centre of the screen.

Filter and sort to personalise our recommendations

Which? App Filters

We've also included filters to help your buying journey. When browsing one of our product categories, click 'Filter' on the top-right of the screen to toggle features specific to the product you're looking at. You can even set it to only show you Best Buys, Eco Buys, Great Values, or Don't Buys.

You can also select to 'sort-by' price, most recently reviewed, and highest Which? score. And for a range of electrical appliances, we've included the ability to sort by running costs.

Access published Which? Magazine editions

Clicking the 'Magazine' tab (bottom-right) will take you to our archive of digital editions of Which? Magazine. Access to these will depend on your membership type.

Scroll down to browse and read Which? Magazines from as far back as January 2021.

To give feedback, head to the 'Account' tab on the Which? App (bottom-right) and select 'Give app feedback'. Don't worry, it only takes a few minutes, and we won't take any of your personal information.

Get notifications for new reviews and trending content

When you sign up to the Which? App, you’ll be asked if you want to receive notifications from us. These will help you keep up to date on the latest reviews and content we’re publishing based on seasonal trends and events.

If you decide you don’t want notifications, it’s easy to disable them - simply head to the Account section of the app, tap Notifications, and switch them off.
